This is what you need. This was done on an LS Camaro, Halos and all. No RS pkg for me. I don't need halos and I like the retro look of the Halogen bulb. I will however be changing over to the Xenon lights and Fogs (not the Xenon ones) for about $300. Here is another: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...hlight=bfxenon

Anything can be done for a price. Just be very careful. If some electrical issues happen to the car, your aftermarket stuff installed by "a guy I know" could cost you a lot more to fix than what it would have cost to get the RS package in the first place.

I was told most HID lights from the factory have a unique "VIN" type of number on them, maybe Mercedez, so they will not work if stolen and used in other cars. Same principle here with Chevy?

They would rather spend double the RS package amount to just get headlights |

Headlights - $1,600 - We have a shop and our cost is $700, dealer pays around $550 for them (their cost) so no way you can get them for $400 unless they're stolen. 20" Wheels - $3,000 - Easily this much, the tires alone are almost $1,000. Spoiler - $150 - That's price for one painted. Fog Lights - $100 - They're DRL's if you have the RS Package. Roof Ditch Molding Painted - $100 - At least that much for paint. Power Drivers Seat - Can't do it without the 1LT. So roughly $5,000 in parts to add $3,000.

These tires are not used. They are basically new with 5 miles on them.

It all depends on what you want.
Aftermarket low and high beam HID upgrade from LS - $150 Dovetail spoiler - $375 with paint (Old school look not this little lip) 21" rims and tires - $1300 (230miles from Camaro5) True Fog lights not DRLs - $275 Power Driver's seat - LS has a electric tilt - and I have never moved my seat since I have bought the car (worthless to me) Total $2100 That's $900 dollars toward more mods and I have better Rims, tires, bigger spoiler and REAL HID fog lights. Dealers offer the packages to make $ Off to by that new exhaust and still be under that LT package. Again, its up to you but don't take it for granted that these packages are the best ! Lot of great ideas and people on Camaro5 to help you get these great upgrades at a fraction of cost.

Most aftermarket are not true halo but LED's.. some look ok but you can easily tell the difference.
