Two months?? I can hold my breath for that long. I waited seven months for mine at the beginning. Plus I did not know about this great site.
Bottom line is, it's worth the wait you get what you pay for. |

I hate the waiting game. And the not knowing if my transformers edition package was ordered quick enough to get it or not, since all I know is that the package ends in december, not when in december.
Still, I'd rather order it and get exactly what I want, instead of compromising on color or options.

Your having test drive withdrawls, like a crack addict, you only need to try it once. Stick to what you want the most, no regrets.....

Hang in there dude. Besides these 2 months will let you plan out what you want to do to the car. And the feeling of finally going to the dealer to pick up your car after the wait is priceless. Just keep yourself busy playing video games or surfing through camaro5

Ordering was pretty cool! Something I have always wanted to do. I waited four months and it was worth it. Think of it this way. The car you ordered is yours. You built it and when it arrives it will give you more pride than if you bought off the lot. Just my point of view.

Hang in there. When you get a chance click on forums, California region, Nor Cal topics; there is a bunch of us in the Bay Area, and we go on runs once or twice a month; sometimes meeting for dinner weekly; next run 1-10-10. Are you dealing with an east bay dealership?

The wait will just about kill you BUT it will be worth it. Hang in there and read posts and check the button and put in what you want and you can usually find it or have some awesome guy named Junkie who is pretty good at finding things. Grab you some popcorn and enjoy the ride.

Tango, the wait is the hardest thing. No question. But when the day she arrives finally comes, all the pain of waiting evaporates instantly. In a year, when you're applying another coat of wax to your baby, you're going to smile to yourself knowing that you waited patiently and got every ounce of perfection YOU wanted in the first place. Not something that was pretty damn good, but not quite perfect.
In the meantime, surf the forums. Its a masochistic past-time, but it does help to take the edge off just a smidge. Happy ho-ho, and congrats on placing your order!

Hang in there. I ordered mine from a small dealership nearby (I like to support local businesses), even though the sales team repeated numerous times my wait would be around 4 months. Not a problem. I knew what I wanted, I ordered what I wanted and I'm giving my money to an awesome dealership with an amazing staff.
Plus, the wait allows me to save up more money to bring the cost of the loan down. Yeah, the wait sucks... but I'm spending my time on Camaro5 researching the aftermarket mods I want. When my ride comes in, I'll be ready.
