AAC ADVANCE AUTOMOTIVE STYLE !!!!
I had an issue this past week with ANDY at AAC not even putting in an order after i had called him back twice on the same order and was told the first time that it was shipped through usps and must of got lost, which i should of had the order on 1/7/10. So i talked to him again about the order on 1/7 and it was supposed to be shipped through ups on fri 1/8 and would have on 1/12/10 and guess what no items then either. So that 2 times that i called and the order was shipped out. I called yesterday to check on it and that's when that i found out with someone else that works there that the order was NEVER placed at all. So i have a customers car here that was told that this would be a 2 day job and week and a half later no parts and were never even sent out. The customer is deff. pissed with ACC and wanted to come on here and vent but i said dont do it. I would like to say this is an isolated incodent but i have placed an order in the past with ANDY and was never sent out either. I don't know what's up with that but the last one may stem from a deal that was supposed to happen with a set of their afterburner lights in trade for a set of my fenders which i decided not to do the afterburner lights and was going to trade off some halos for it then and was told that JUSTIN didn't want to do that trade off. I hope thats not the case because that's now way to do business especially when it's leaving another company hanging with its customer. Thanks for getting my order straight yesterday ACC love your products and will deffinately be talking to someone else there when i need to order from now on. Gary GARYS CUSTOM.

I've never had any problems at all with AAC Style and I've placed several orders with them. If fact, I find Justin to be very quick to respond to any correspondence I have with them.

Their was never any issue with Justin i didn't order my stuff with him i always used ANDY (not anymore though) I called and Talked to Jill to get all this week and a half b/s straight and was done in 10 min. she was great. Oh and also took care of a credit on my card which i didn't even mention above that was asked of ANDY to take care of it on atlesat 4 Occasions. I'm ONLY talking about one person here and not even the products. Customer service will take you a long way. That's why i have been in business for 19 yrs.

I agree I still have similar issue since 3/23/10 "0" customer service.
Quote:
They would tell you it's shipped and every day is a story. If there was other vendor they would make a killing since AAC has no customer care. I hope I get my shipment this week and never again no mater if they are the only vendor I think.

Just sent back a defective HALO LED Switch. The new one was in the mail the following day they received it back. I've had nothing but good service from AAC - Justin and the ladies in customer support...Sorry you're having issues...
