Thanks everyone for your support!

Someone/something had modified the host server remotely for those popups that were occuring. Our webmaster found the issues and everything should be fixed now.

Everyone who ordered tickets online should be mailed their stub portion of their tickets. Will that suffice?

You should come to the car show and stay for the drawing!

The Club gets together on Friday nights after 7pm at the McDonalds on 17 near the Ft Wright Wal Mart and I 275 if you want to swing by and say Hi!
If it's not raining or too cloudy I should have my white 68 RS there.

Bump to try and move a few more tickets!

I do believe the tickets are a tax deductible donation! And you will receive the stub portion of every ticket purchased as your receipt. (They're pretty cool looking too!)

That's a bummer. Oh well its for a good cause. I'm too tired to search the IRS website right now. I'll have a look later.

Thanks for clarifying! I did find it in IRS publication 526 they are NOT deductible. But the money still goes for a GREAT cause, and who knows... you might be the one getting called to come pick up your new car!!

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR 2010 CAMARO RAFFLE
.

Tickets
Donation is to be set at $10.00 per entry. There will be a minimum of 4000 tickets required to be sold for the car raffle to be valid. In the event less than 4000 tickets are sold by the drawing deadline, the raffle becomes a 50/50 raffle and the bearer of the winning ticket will receive 50% of the proceeds collected after expenses and Jeff Wyler Automotive will retain the Camaro. There will be a maximum of 6000 tickets sold regardless of when the tickets are sold out if they sell out before the drawing date. WHCRL assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or non-delivered mail or other failure to deliver tickets prior to any deadline. Purchase of raffle tickets are not tax deductible. WHCRL reserves the right to limit the number of tickets distributed to each person.

This is a quote from thier web site rules
