It's about damn time
I was getting impatient. Car has been sitting at a rail yard close to me for the better part of a week.
Its here now. I can pick it up mid morning monday. The wheels and tires are waiting for it.305 35 20 nitto 555r drag radials The ADM stage 2 cam is sitting on my desk. It goes in next Saturday. Top mounted twin turbos real soon. It will probably take me a week or two to build the setup. I'm holding out just for a while to see how the Ford 9" swaps are going before I buy 100hp axles. This winter it gets forged and boost turned up. I purchased a 2011 2SS CGM, black stripes, Black interior, sunroof, ground effects, 6 speed, hurst shifter on the way. I'm officially a club member |

I'm in the "I hate chrome" mode in my life. Nothing will be shinny anywhere. I guess I'm just a against the grain kind of guy. I was told that it is a bad way to do things. My response was "isn't mounting things way down there with an oil pump because its so low and air intakes in moisture areas a bad thing?" If I don't like it, I'll tear it apart and start over. Thanks for the props |

You would be surprised. The wheels I found are from a new company and were very light and inexpensive. All of the hard parts for the rest of everything is around six grand. The rest is just my labor. My budget is ten grand for everything and I will be below that. The turbo kit companies have no more than four grand in their kits. A couple of them do not look like they are very well thought out either. |
