32yrs old. House paid off no other large bills.
Payment is $550 a month and I put down $8k.

Just paid off my student loans yesterday.

people freak when I tell them I'm a DJ. . . . and yes, it's my full time job.

I would guess that most independant people could afford monthly payments that are 1/10th of your gross monthly income...

Gm Parts Rep and part time fitness instructor. The part time gig is what mostly takes care of the car payment.

I would try Credit Karma. It's free and surprisingly not scammy. I don't work for them or anything.

As for the Camaro, 2LT/RS @ $521/month. Put about $3000 towards the down payment and taxes. Would have been a lot more, but my basement decided to cave in around the same time.

I work as a web developer for the local county government.
