I'm thinking the Heritage Grille needs something on it. So I tried to put the old camaro logo on it to see how it looks. What do you guys think? Its just a thought...

Are all the grille inserts going to be black or will a chrome be available?

I think its only in black. I think the aftermarket will take care of chrome.

I've always had billet inserts but I've been thinking about this lately.

I could be wrong, but I believe the heritage grille is actually closer to a cyber gray metallic of sorts. At the very least, the pictures of it seem to indicate a metallic gray finish.

I think he was talking about the actual grill portion, not the surrounding part which you are correct. the grill portion comes in Black, but as anything you can change it yourself or wait until the aftermarket catches up. I would rather do it myself and have it before the aftermaket does

I like this grille more and more everytime i see it but it needs the bow-tie and the bow-tie only... anything else in the center just screws up the balance of the car.. SS red/white/blue Camaro emblem... doesn't matter... the bow-tie is the ony thing that works for me... the only place i'd like to see the red whit and blue emblem is either on floor mats or embroidered on the headrests... this car just isn't the shape for that emblem... the car is too bold for anything other than the simplicity of a silver trimmed golden bow-tie... anything else just seems to take the focus off the rest of the car.

I'd like to see matte black bow ties on the heritage grille and in the back.

I like it. Just might get it after the car, powdercoat it black and fit my stock bowtie on it.
