I love my MGW. I power shift the whole way down the track and never worry about missing a shift. I too felt both Barton and MGW at C5Fest and liked them both. The MGW just felt more positive and the thought of replacing the entire unit seemed like a better bet. I feel like it's better to spend more money once then less twice. I have dealt with Goeroge and co. over the phone and have nothing but great things to say about customer service as well.

I have a LSR shifter and their sway bar package at home, when I get out of work their going in. I decided on them from great reviews, a sane price with the same level of quality and warranty/cust service

Barton eh!

The Barton won my vote, had it installed now for 10,000 KMs. Great feel, smooth, positive. I like the adjustable height! Price was more then reasonable!

most of u guys saying yours is the best but likely you only installed one brand so how can you say and know the one in your car is the best if you havent tried the rest. Oh, my Hurst is the best and like you guys, I havent tried the rest.

I installed the Barton on Monday. Quality is great, The look is great, And the feel is great. The annoying vibrating, not so great. So far I have siliconed the knob and the threads and checked the cover underneath. It did get a little better with the silicone but still annoying. I just ordered some hushmat ultra and going to try that next. The vibration noise seems to be among all the different vendors but does not seem to be on all the cars? Not sure what the difference is. I installed the shifter myself and cant see how one could install it wrong. There is not much to it. I was examing the original shifter and noticed that the upper portion of the stick is attached to the lower portion by means of a hard injected rubber which I am sure is there to keep the factory one from vibrating, it may be something that is not going to go away which really sucks because I like the look and feel alot!

I installed my LSR last night (along with their F/R Sway bars) haven't driven her yet (didn't wanna wake the baby pulling out of the driveway) But just playing with it sitting still she feels very good, firm, short, positive shifts, Reverse is also easy to get into. Adjustable height, black acrylic ball, beautiful piece all the way around! (Same for the adjustable sways)

I tried both the Hurst and MGW before purchasing. I went with the MGW!

Not me. We've installed a wide variety of shifters from Barton to MGW to GMM and all in between. I like them all but I love the MGW.

Drove with the LSR today for the first time and I love it! Shifts smooth and tight, no skipped shifts, going into reverse is perfect, huge reduction of shifts I would have paid 2 to 2.5 times more (i.e. barton territory) for this for sure. And just as happy with their adjustable sways. Inexpensive dosent mean cheap
