So this uses 2 factory holes and u have to drill 2 more correct? Anyone thought to just use the 2 factory holes and some of the gm adhesive tape owners the other holes are supposed to go? Seems to me it would work.

When I'm going 100+ mph I don't want to have any worries on if the spoiler will hold. Haha but from experience with trying to get that gm tape off I would imagine it would hold. Man is that stuff a pain to get off...

Hello everyone!
I just wanted to post some information regarding the Firebreather spoiler as there have been several of you to PM me and ask.... For now, the sale of the Firebreather spoilers (and hoods) have been put on hold by the collaborative decision of the producers and our owner. So, for the time being, I will not be able to fill any new orders for this spoiler. Please continue to send me your pms and questions and I will try to keep you all posted on any further news. Thank you! Reon |

Wow, that's pretty weak. Guess I'll be buying another spoiler. Asking that much for a non-painted spoiler was pretty outrageous anyhow.

Went to the link you posted... The prices I saw were around $450 painted. The firebreather is about the same price unpainted. NOT the same ball park. FAIL!

gotta remember this is from a movie production car. NOT some aftermarket company that is trying to recreate something that was in a movie like the kit car from knight rider for example.

that's all fine and good... but, they are or were on here trying to pimp their product and therefore compete with what's out there. I was close to pulling the trigger on ordering one, even with it being non-painted. I just really like the look. However, offering a product and then just out of the blue stopping production of them is a bit whacky and doesn't really inspire me to want to wait until they figure out what they're doing so I can order one. Maybe they should just stick to making cars for movies and perhaps license the body kits and parts to somebody else who can mass produce them.
