This is how I was able to order my medallion.
You need to go onto to gmmilitarydiscount.com and sign in. After you sign in on the left hand side you'll see a tab "GM Military Discount", click on that and it will have a drop down that says obtain GO Code. Fillouter y out the form and submit it. Af submit it the a window will popup from mgdglobal that will let you order additional medallions.

I went ahead and ordered 2 just in case. If it is two sets, I could think of some other ideas for the second set.

It is for one medallion.
It shouldn't matter if you served four years or 30 years, GM should offer it to all veterans.

WOW...Chevrolet is trying to do something nice for veterans. Just because we are veterans and don't fall into this "special" category, doesn't mean that we are not supported. Becky is in the process of doing a big rally for "Cellphones for Soldiers". Get out and support our troops by giving back and not expecting anything in return.

USAFR, that link works well. It only took a few days for me to get my badges. You get one with the order.
