A/C works great! The car I owned before the Camaro had auto a/c so manually adjusting fan speed and temp took some getting used to. Also, cross your fingers that you don't have that annoying squeak from the fans between the I and II speed.

I'm guessing you will be slightly dissappointed... It tends to not keep up with the high humidity...

With the humidity we get down here, just press the recirculate button and you should be fine

Full blast cold and on recirc and it gets gold quick. And that's in an untinted car with leather black/iom interior.

I'm curious if there are any automobiles out there that don't have difficulty coping with the heat of the Middle East

When you tint it, be sure to get the 3M thermal/solar tint (not sure on the exact name). It blocks heat, not just light. Yeah it's a little more $, but we noticed a HUGE difference.

I dont have any complaints about my A/C. Even with temps over 100 it still gets so cold within about ten minutes that i have to turn the temp up to stay comfortable! And thats with outside air, not recirc air. I usually only use the recirc if its really dusty, or like on Tuesday, when it was really smoky from the wildfire we had on the outskirts of town.

OP, I have an 18 yr old Mustang and the a/c works great during the summer. I'm sure the a/c system in your new Camaro will do the trick....

expect hell, this is TEXAS. Turn the knob to (I or II) and recirculate shouldn't take long to cool down. It was like 100 degrees last night. Keep an extra bottle of water with you your gonna need it.

Mine works VERY well. Best A/C I have had in a car in years.

here in florida, we've been running a long string of mid '90's days recently, and no problems...can't even run the AC full blast once it gets going, cause it gets too cold for me! Just be sure to get a sun shade for the front windshield and use recirculation...you'll be fine.
