Anyone with 2010 having "module troubles " - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I have one of the first 2010 Camaros, with 700 miles, and recently it wouldn't start, dealer took it back and said it needs a new module, of course covered under warranty but a hastle with out the car for several days and had to be transported on a rollback to the dealer.,...anyone else have the same problems ???

How is it a hassle not having a car you don't drive? A very early 2010 with 700 miles... Assumptions can be made that it's not your DD.

No idea why it failed. Stuff goes bad when you don't use it.

Only thing I've seen is a few times now when I start the car, it doesn't recognize that my ipod is there... turn off the car and restart and poof... it's there again.

I get this happening pretty often too, is it something to be looked into?

Sometimes when I change my cruise speed it skips a number. I would cruise at 70 then hit the cruise button up one and it would go straight to 72, skipping 71....Weird. But at least it hasn't ever failed to start.
