IMO its like putting a spoiler on a Vette, something just doesn't look right.

You're right. It is an optional spoiler, but what I meant to say is it's not the spoiler that the 2012s have.

I've never been a fan of the 3 piece spoilers, looks odd when the trunk is open (like at a car show).

I guess I don't understand what you mean...LOL. This car is a 2012 and it's a factory installed item, which kinda makes me think it is a "spoiler that 2012s have"....lol.

Dang....it's a shame they don't make the Charger R/T SRT8 in a two door version.... in a heart beat I would have one!

That spoiler has been out for quite awhile from GM.

Eh, Im not a big fan of the dovetail look, the upsweep is too drastic and detracts from the flowing lines of the car IMHO. It is kinda 70's retro though, which also doesnt seem to fit well with the 60's throwback body of the G5.
But if the owner digs it... then its all good.

It looks like a Cavalier or Cobalt spoiler... Not a fan at all...

It's called an LPO which is an option that is on the window sticker and is dealer installed by either the dealer or an authorized ADI agent (usually another GM dealer).

The same parts can be ordered and installed from the dealer but won't be on the sticker.
