Op I know what you mean. I was sitting by my dads car this past weekend at a car show and a lady came up to me after looking at the car for a few minutes and asked me if it was fast. ( My dad was off talking to someone, or she probably would have asked him ) I was thinking why would you walk up to a 16 year old and ask him if a blown Camaro is fast. If you ask me if my 2001 V6 if fast i'm gonna say yes. I ended up telling her I have no idea my dad won't let me drive it, but I couldn't stop thinking about that all day

Yes they do. I had a LT for 7 mths and got it all the time! Try putting the car in car shows, its even worse. I would seriously have people tell me how nice my car was and how much they liked this n that but when they found out it was a v6 "oh thats too bad" and walk away, totally uninterested in a car they were just drooling over. Stupid people. Now I have a v8, no worries anymore

I tell them it's a V12 concept car and when they ask to see under the hood I tell them I can't show them cuz I'm sworn to secrecy until they are put into production. Always stops them in their tracks.
