Doesn't paypal have a buyer protection plan of some sort?

Guys paypal has a 45 day period of which you can use the buyer protection plan. Hope no one got hurt on this. If there is anything we can do for anyone we guarantee best pricing on any wheels we carry such as 360, HRE, DPE, ADV and Modular Concepts.

Hope it gets resolved but....

Wow, read all those other posts. This guy is a con. In almost each post when Perry Price to their money and the customer legitimately complains about Mr. Price's service, Mr. Price always says, "You're out of line!" I may get a warning from this post of mine here, but I don't care! I wish I could see you in person Mr. Price because you're a F****** duchbag!

Even though this didn't happen to me, it definitely has my blood boiling when a person steals hard earned money from someoney else.

Yes, I'm outside the 45days for paypal assistance.. I took for granted Perry Price being a vendor here and Perry Price being honest for too long.. 8(

Does anyone have any experience with small claims? Should I contact Perry Price's local police? Could they help me out?

Sorry to hear about this...If Paypal doesn't do you right, time to hire a PI to locate him and extract your money....

When I bought my Modulare wheels, I did look for a vendor with consistently glowing reviews, Nineball was the guy.

Anyone looking for wheels, especially when writing a big check in advance to build, do your due dliigence.

I am a repeat customer of Nineball(DV8motoring.com) and he is the only vendor I would recommend to purchase wheels from....

Totally agree with due process... I did try Nineball at first and waited on him for some time but I don't think he was/is a vendor for the particular wheel I wanted.. Could be wrong but that was my feeling at the time..

Still want the wheel but being in for $7k+ now is a tuff pill.. ha!

I agree, Tony isn't a vendor for every wheel company, so know what you're saying...sucks when people pull this kind of crap on customers.

Small claims court is not always helpful, because even when you get a judgment, you still have to pursue the person for the money....I believe in swift and blinding violence in these situations...but that is just me.

One of those other forum guys had luck with it but in this case he seems to be over the protection deadline. :(

what now? I heard my name. Seriously though OP, if you need information I can get it. Just need the guys full name, and having the city he lives in helps but isn't necessary.
