I have them on my black convertible. Get white so they blend in. They help and really don't look too bad.

I have the orange metallic splash guards to match my stripes. My locking filler door was supposed to match the Summit White but isn't close. I like the look.

I think they actually look very good and no more chips since I installed them; wish I had done so sooner.

I forgot to mention that IMHO, I think silver splashguards would NOT look good - if anything they'd look completely out of place. I'd go with body colored or black. I realize those colors have been the "standard go-to's" for decades and maybe it's just an accustomed-to "look" but I think they would outshine "silver" all day long.

Not saying that I would get them myself, but if they are actually painted the exact color of your Camaro, then I think they would blend in pretty decently and not look half so bad at the same time. They are a pretty cheap alternative to more expensive splash guards and costly paint jobs in the future.....
Curious what these look like from further back. I definitely like that look better than the moulded ones.

Here are a few pics of mine, please remember this is a "mock up", they have not been installed just put on with painters tape so they don't fit quite right.

That's definitely a color combo that works on your car. Red tail lights, red sidemarkers, red lettering on you brakes, red stripes. Definitely works.

In a different thread someone painted interior parts with paint from these guys and it looked great and matched the exterior well.

For my Summit White SS, I used Duplicolor Olympic White (Dupli-Color NG GM 434) and the Duplicolor Clear Coat on some silver ones I purchased from GM. I just roughed up the clearcoat on the silver after taping off what I didn't want painted, and put on 2-3 coats of color, then clear. After they cured for 24 hours, I waxed them, and am now waiting for a nice to install them. A tiny bit of eggshell finish, but really not noticeable unless you hold them just right. Nice amount of gloss to them.

I am seeing more and more stone chips, and I can only imagine what the finish will look like after another year of highway driving. I just put down some Cleartastic pieces on the rear, custom cut to the GM splash guards too, and will do the same for the front. The splash guards do have some body wear points that will eat through the paint over time, namely at the top of the guard on the rear. Haven't looked at the front in detail yet.

I still don't understand why the wheelwell side of the fronts are painted to match, but the backs are flat black. I will have to correct that during painting (putting flat black on the fronts facing the wheels).

no need to remove wheels! get a stubby socket and a torx tip and you can remove all screws, took me about 1 hour total for all 4, all i had to was jack up car to drill underneath hole, if done right its easy and looks good, and they work, so much less splash back!

So has anyone purchased these from Shopchevyparts.com in the Summit White? One of the reviewers stated they didn't match his car? Wondering what other's results were???
