I have 1 more question, if its a v6 can I just put a v8 engine and v8 mods in the car

I have no experience swapping a LS1 into a V6 Camaro but I don't think it would be practical. If you have some emotional attachment to the car and money is no object, then I'm sure it's possible.

There really isn't a point to do the swap unless, like mentioned above, you have some sort of emotional attachment to your V6 car. It appears in your case, though, that you don't even have a car yet, so just wait until you can get what you truly want. It will cost you far less in the long run if you know you want the V8.

But I kinda dont want a v8, I just want a dd and race my cuzin 01 mustang its a v6 other then that I really dont need a v8

I feel like montel is either 15 years old, or has no Grammar skills. Either way The v6 is plenty peppy and fun. You can still beat most v8 trucks and v6 sedans/mustangs...if thats what youre going for. Id get it to have a fun DD.
