yes this was all staged for a pepsi max commericial, it was produced at the old phillip morris plant in concord where they could drive like a bat out hell because it is a large property. the production company office is there.you got to say it was good!!!!!!!!!!!

The "09" is not the year...it's a designation number on the car...
The car right next to it has a "10" on it... At least that's what I think anyways - great commercial...real or not.

Rigged or not this video was by far the funniest one I have seen all year not to mention it had to be my fav nascar driver in it
 . Priceless. And I don't think the salesman was in on it but if he was that was one great acting job!
