On my 4th Gen SS I could always tell when she was running rich by excess carbon build up on my exhaust tips.

I was able to validate by using AutoTap and my laptop.

I know...I meant they don't want to continue hearing these reports...and I'm sure it is pretty frustrating to have to report it.

My order was picked up thursday and I got to admit I was for about five minutes because of this thing with the L99. I hope this issue is taken care of before it's shipped to the dealer. I'm going to stop there,

Has anybody heard of these kind of issues with the LS3 M6 or is it strictly some but not all L99s A6?

could the early first gear shifting be all part of the performance tweaking that GM did to the tranny for optimum performance?

after all they made it a point to get that out there and let everybody know they where doing that, so could that be it??

I know it wouldn't make this much of a difference, but how many of these slow L99 cars have the 21" wheels? Those heavier wheels can't help the situation. Good luck finding the solution guys.
