I had the same thing. They had to "reset the computer" and took them about an hour.

Mine has been doing the same thing. My dealer said it was a bad antenna back in June and has had an antenna on order ever since. (No kidding) I finally got sick of the bs and called Chevrolet customer care. They escalated it and after about a week of back and forth they are getting me a antenna direct from the supplier. It comes in on the 30th and I plan on having it installed asap. We will see if it helps. It better. A word for the wise: be prepared for a struggle if they have to get you a new antenna. They can't get them from Oshawa apparently, they come from somewhere else. BS, I know but take it from somebody who has wrote many emails and made many phone calls to get one. I finally got one but boy was it a struggle.

I had this problem a week ago got a diagnostic from ONSTAR, they said it was an antenna problem.
I took it to the dealer, the ONSTAR repairman fixed it on warranty.
Had the car back that day.
At my dealer they have a ONSTAR repairman that comes in one day a week if needed.

I have had the red light problem for over a year now. On Star has told me it is a defective antenna/bluetooth antenna connection. The dealer has replaced several cables and each time the red light comes back on a short time later.

The last time it turned red was a few weeks ago. This time On Star told me it was still indicating a defective Bluetooth antenna connection. My bluetooth phone works great in the car.

I asked On Star if all my features were still working and was told they were so I am not going to waste a few more dealer visits to just have them shoot wildly into the wind about how to fix it.

Just a shame I paid almost $800 for three years of full service.
