VMAX throttle body

Thoughts on the Vmax throttle body? Can you really notice the difference when you install it? Thanks for your input!

If you click the "search this forum" button on the right hand side of the page and type in Vmax throttle body, you'll find TONS of info. I bet there's well over a hundred threads talking about them.

I don't know about with FI but when I installed mine I could feel a noticeable difference in throttle response. I don't feel like I gained a whole lot on the top end but you do feel a difference.

+1 you probably won't be able to feel any power increase all though you should gain a few but you will notice a better throttle response.

You can see the difference when you compare it side-by-side with an un-ported TB. Dynos have shown some gains that makes it worthwhile. I'm sure you'll be happy with one!

I recently installed mine looking for an improvement in driveability with my mods. Here's a post about it... http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=324389

I'm very happy with the results.

Definitely a great bang for the buck. Don't expect too much, but the gains are worth the price. Feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions.

Best regards,
