Chrome covers around exhaust tips
I have pictures of quite a few Camaro's and I have only seen a few that has the Chrome around the exhaust tips. Where did they come from? Factory? Aftermarket? Where?

The chrome around exhaust tips you are talking about is the optional Ground Effects kit from GM

I still can't decide if I want GFX with mine or not. If I do get them, I'll definitely have them color-matched to IOM. I might paint the chromed part too so the stupid square shape on the exhausts isn't so visible.

Just an FYI
This is a fyi for people who get the GFX package and SLP Loudmouth II exhaust. Mine was intalled today at Dudley Martin Chevrolet in Manassas, VA, but here was the problem: SLP has never done the axle back or cat bat either with the GFX package and it does not fit. Thanks to Kevin at SLP and Robert the service manager at Dudley Martin they were able to work things out and with some cutting and welding they were able to make everything fit. Just an fyi if this has already been posted sorry. BTW the exhaust sounds great and I really like the GFX.
