Out here in the sticks where I live, all the road are two lane blacktop. The crown in the road that allows for water to drain off the roadway makes cars go to the left upon launch. We just steer to the right and hang on.

You could put a spool in the car, if the suspension is setup 100% even (no cross camber/cross caster/cross toe and a 0 degree thrust angle), the rear end will always move to the same side when spinning the tires on level ground with equal traction (or lack thereof) under them both.

Bracket racers usually pre-load their suspensions differently side to side to combat stuff like this. Just like how open diff RWD cars almost always want to spin the right rear tire...it's because that tire has less weight on it than the left rear when the engine applies torque to the driveline.
