Just installed mine today...

All I can say at this point is if you have a big cam and M6 trans this mod is a must.

I think my wife could drive the car again now, but I'll never tell her.

Thanks buddy... this also means you might be able to drive it too.

If you want one I'm sending mine back next week and maybe he can turn it around for you.

Thanks for the feedback Mike. Glad you're happy with it, sad that your wife may take it away, lol.

Would this require a tune with this throttle body for a L99? Very interested.

So there isn't a core charge because he uses your current TB to do the shaft mod on. Is this correct? PM me prices please.

I would like to see a dyno graph between the Vmax TB and the Bo White TB.

Bo did my TB on my 02 SS a few years ago. It was ported and polished, knife edged the TB blade, shaft mod, and bump stop mod. It was high quality work!

There IS a core charge if you do an exchange... If you send your own TB in to have the work done, there is no core charge.

I don't have that specific graph. I have a graph for his TB, and one for the Vmax. The only problem is that I was getting belt slip on the dyno, so the runs were inconsistent, which I posted above with an explanation. Chances are, it will at least be a long time before someone else has a Vmax and a Bo W. throttle body on the dyno on the same day.

Top graph is my final run (004) with stock TB vs Bo's TB (006). Notice peak TQ is higher(+3), but HP is lower(-9). The boost graph at the bottom shows my lower boost # on the run with his TB.

Bottom graph is my initial run(001), then the stock TB dyno final run(004), then the Vmax(007). Peak TQ is the same as the BW TB run (563) with a higher boost number(11.31), along with a little higher HP(543). The BW run had the lowest boost of the final runs(10.7psi), and still made +3 TQ and only lost 9HP vs the stock TB final run with higher boost (11.17psi).

I'll be starting a thread in the classifieds section later today with the waiting list... After sifting through pages of PM's it looks like I've got about 18 people "confirmed" to want one, or get in line for one.
