$28K for a new R/T in Canada is a deal ONLY someone with a gun and a mask could get...unless they had a significant trade-in, or it was a previous daily rental, or it fell off the truck during delivery, or someone had pictures of the dealer smokin' crack with Mayor Rob Ford. That's why I asked for a copy of the non-existent-at-that-price-Brand-New b.o.s. Jeez, Louise, someone can't get the Model Year straight on a car they claim to "own"... Obfuscating the "facts" (said it was an '11, and now we know it's a '10, for instance)...which now makes any other "facts" shared as "questionable". http://wwwa.autotrader.ca/cars/dodge...prc=True&rcs=0 $28K would have been the 4-year LEASE obligation, including fees and taxes, for this car back then...and then a healthy buy-out... 90+% of their posts are in this thread, and others Mopar-related, certainly confirming they loves those Mopars...the 392 model gussied up with a blower motor, especially. And that's fine, too. Just keep the "facts" straight. Or "inquiring minds" may ask questions... Last edited by LOWDOWN; 07-18-2014 at 07:30 AM. |

If you care to look under what I drive I have 2010 FF RT never said I have a 2011
you have just read that in into my post. Right place at the right time on the RT, it did sit on the lot for a long time Dealers in 2010 were holding onto the FF's as there was only 127 RT's in Canada and asking for a Prem on them well into the end of 10 in 11 Dodge in the Toronto area had a SRT FF and a RT on the lot they cut the RT loose to me at a loss they said, what do I care if they sold it for under 30k but you do LOL. |

LOL, true. The quickest GT500 I have seen is 11.2.............. At Atco on a cold day which means the density was around -1000 feet. put a Hellcat in those conditions and 10s shouldn't be a problem on stock tires for either transmission lol.

A little trivia to agitate the thread.......
Hellcat was the name of a Buick design in the 40's The old patch may be appropriate

5k more maybe but there sure aren't many 55k 500s being purchased as the majority of owners prefer the optioned car. Most of which come standard on the Hellcat.

Also good point on the msrp. I've never seen a '13-14 GT500 sell new at $55K. most were in the low 60's. |
