Automatic Stalled?
I came off the freeway in sport mode (not manual version) in my 2014 v6 automatic, with 3200 miles on it. I slowly braked then stopped a little hard at the intersection. Music was on so I didn't hear anything and it felt like it stopped differently.
I went to accelerate and nothing. Also no dash warning lights. Put it in park and started it up. It's been fine since. I've never had an automatic do this so I'm concerned. Should I be? Thanks! |

this has happened to me 2 times in the past 3 years in my automatic. I think cars these days are so technological that they sometimes poot out and need a little restart. I wouldn't worry about it if I was you

Of corse you should be concerned that is not suppose to happen to a brand new car ,I would take it to your dealership and have them look it over, My 2010 has never stalled .

Could it be because of that ignition recall? That's actually happened to me too a few times now. Both times while in reverse though.

Ok maybe I'll give the dealer a call. Also I haven't had the recall taken care of.
