Yes, love it. Go to the V8 bolt on and performance section.

I run it on my Corvette and Camaro. It may not dyno the best, but it operates the best getting the coldest outside the engine bay air into your motor.

It very much works under actual conditions. No it doesn't product 40 RWHP.

I narrowed my intake down to this or the New Era intake...same principle and similar design so you may want to research them both. In the end I bought the New Era. Love it and best bang for you buck!

Won't work on 2012 and newer as far as I know. They moved where they have the radiator cap from earlier models I guess is the problem.

Cars are not fast enough to benefit from true "Ram Air" and it would need a properly shaped NACA scoop anyway. "Ram Air" is a buzz term from the '60s and '70s. For instance, my '70 Buick has factory "ram air": a hood with dual scoops that both mate to the aircleaner snorkels via holes in the hood.

The idea was to 'pack the cylinders' with air. Poor-man's supercharging. Well. Not quite how it turned out. Wrong scoops, and the hood scoops are in a low pressure area. Base of the windsheild was better, like the Chevelle's 'cowl induction' but that still wasn't really a Ram effect.

What it really was then, and is now, is "cool air induction". Underhood temperatures vary but are fairly hot everywhere you might want to grab some air. Cooler air is denser air, and denser air is better air for your engine. Outside the hood is cooler, and in today's car we can pick a best spot for air induction under the hood.

As an anecdotal experience, I can tell you that when I found all the bits for my 'ram air' on my Buick, I had to richen the carburetor- the engine was in fact getting denser air.
