Where did you get your Rims for your back tires? I wanna take my car drag racing without having to worry about chewing up my daily driver street tires. I been looking all over for some Black 18X9.5 40 mm offsets but not finding any luck.

Biggest challenge has been finding the 40mm offset. Most on ebay right now are the 50+ range

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm under the impression that non of the stock Corvette wheels fit without a spacer. That only the reproductions with custom offsets fit without a spacer.

18x9.5 ZR1 replicas, 40mm offset:
Rear: 305/45R18, e-brake cables tied back, no spacer
Front: 265/50R18, 5mm spacer, knuckles on spindle ground down

i am thinking of getting the Grand Sport 18x9.5 with 40mm offset. Found a guy selling a new set for $600 and waiting to see if he will sell me just 2

oh those were just chrome Z06 reps that i sprayed black with with some Duplicolor shadow.

I am running the C6 GS rims in the rear, dipped them black and looks like a thinner stock rim...no spacer or anything...running M/T 305-45 on them

I just ordered mine weds from House of Wheels. Got 2 18x9.5 40mm Grand Sport wheels for $425 shipped. Due to arrive today. These are new OEM not replicas.
