Aftermarket exaust help

I been looking online for a new exhaust to on my SS and im stuck on what to do, I would like some ideas or input. Been thinking about the MBRP cat back sounds good online. if some one has it would like to hear what u think. or just long tubes with highflow cats with factory mufflers.
I want an exaust setup that is louder and is deep sounding and no drone,

I have Kooks LT's and highflows with axle back Flowmasters. I found flowmasters give the best throaty sound.

Long tubes are what youre looking for if you want a good tone. Flowmasters are very nice sounding but are more restrictive than a straight through muffler like a magnaflow

I went with headers and hi flow cats along with an axle back from DynoMax. I thought the rest of the factory 2.5 inch exhaust was adequate. Quiet on the streets and hiway but comes alive when you stomp on it. Also has a nice sound when idling.

I did a SCT X3 e-mail tune from Jannetty Racing and have been very happy with it. Slowhawk in Mass is a great choice too.

If you want even louder and not do the header just yet. Get a set of SOLO High flow mid pipes. I had them on my Car before headers and made the sound deeper and louder!

Long tubes and factory mufflers are the best combo. Great sound but not over the top and with no drone. Factory mufflers look restrictive but are actually more like a straight through resonator with a J-pipe. The biggest restriction in your system are the cats and manifolds.
