In my local area alone I've seen: 4 Camaros, 1 black SS, 1 white SS convertible with black stripes, 1 SS bumblebee, and 1 SS fully blacked out (tinted, dipped wheels and bowtie etc.) I've seen a BOSS 429 mustang (gloriously LOUD machine), a 69 convertible mustang with beige roof, a 2005~2010 Rough GT and a 2010 GT. Seen 1 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8. Hell, I've even seen a Plymouth Barracuda.

U can't see anything parallel parking. Although I've only done it once or twice lol. But idk u guys drive on the wrong side so since the car is left hand drive I think it will be easier since you are closer to the curb. Also driving through parking lots I always are wide turn because I can't really tell very well if I'm gonna curb my rims. And I've had my car almost 2 years

Need to sell my present car as well. "We Buy Any Car" said they'll pay off my remaining finance and give me the difference in cash direct to my account. Said cash will then go toward the Camaro. If he agrees to my offer I'll send a deposit to make sure no one else buys it until next month.

I either do it now or it'll never happen. As much as I despise this word, #YOLO really does apply here.

Visibility not great. I have a rear camera and use it while backing up. It beeps when getting close to something. Driving visibility is fine for me. There are blind spots but I don't use my mirrors as much as the average person anyway. My first car years ago was a '65 Mustang, which had one worthless side mirror on the driver's side, so I learned at 16 years old to look over both shoulders when changing lanes.
With all that said, I love this car way more than any other I've owned. Had it for almost a year and I still am depressed when I reach my destination. |

There is a process for me when I reverse from a busy parking lot. lol I turn the stereo volume all the way down, open the windows to hear if any cars are coming, and honk two times right when I am about to reverse. I reverse very slowly and my back-up sensors help a lot as well just in case. Haven't had any issues for the past 4 years.
As far as blind spots, I have my mirrors adjusted just right and lean foward and look out the window to see if any cars are there. I change lanes very slowly and I'm all good. I focus when I am driving so I know if there is a car there or not, but double check to make sure. |

Okay, so here's what you do; backup slowly, keep your head on a swivel(constantly check all windows and mirrors till you're out of danger) and you should be fine.
Some parking lots(car parks) here across the pond, the traffic goes one way, that's a blessing. You've never driven a '78 Cadillac Coupe De Ville, man that thing rode like it was on rails! It was close to the pavement and didn't feel like it was going fast at all. If you were you were doing 75mph, it really felt like 45mph! The biggest thing I noticed was the visibility, not the greatest. You also needed the two outside rear views, now all cars have them. It was just as long as a standard size pu truck which is why it had two and it started the whole two rear views but this was on a car not a truck. Troy |
