Purple headlight colour?
So I have OEM halo headlights installed on my car and have had them since about the beginning of May and haven't had any issues with them until recently. The driver's side would tend to not turn on automatically, but then when I'd flick the auto lights off then on it would come on. Now just recently the light itself is a light purple colour instead of the OEM colour. Could someone possibly shed some light on my dilemma please!

The light is failing or you have an electrical problem/harness unplugging slowly

If the bulb is going out you dont need to remove the whole bumper to replace it. I just swapped mine this weekend. Took maybe 15 minutes for both.
now if it's the harness, thats a who different issue.

I think I read the ballast going bad can make the light glow higher in the spectrum, i.e. blue or purple instead of white, but those ballasts can nip you pretty good so be sure the lights are off before you mess with it.

I'll try playing around with it this weekend and see what the issue is, hopefully nothing too costly. Thanks for your input! And I tried to snap a pi with my phone but you wouldn't have been able to see it so I didn't even bother.
