Simple , every morning you wash and dry the car by hand with a micro fiber cloth. Gotta look sharp and burn off breakfast.

I will not chance any car wash. I hand wash a couple of times a month.

Nope. Spend 10 minutes in your Driveway like I do even when I'm driving my Beater!

When I lived those washes were EVERYWHERE and I loved them... here in NW Florida they are nowhere!!! I looked into opening a Goo Goo carwash, but you need $2,000,000.00 net worth and $500,000 capital...Uhm... IT"S A CARWASH!!!

I've run my 2010 2SS through brush washes, felt, the pre soak chemical whatever that is and it looks as good as the day I bought it!

I washed my 1LE for the first time this past weekend. It took me almost 3 hours just on the outside and that does not even include a wax job, just basic wash in the driveway and cleaned the wheels. How the hell does it take 45 min for even a basic wash/dry....

My car had a little tag in the glove box when I bought it that said never take the car through a car wash because it will damage your wheels.
Wouldnt risk anything but a touchless.

3 hours... wow... I thought I was bad with my daily/every other day washes... I guess I might be missing a few spots I have to admit that I used to take that long on every wash, but now my quick washes are more-or-less just touch-up washes and when I detail it takes much longer. Oh and my wife just laughs at me because I keep a cordless vacuum in the trunk...

I always just hand wash mine or go to a hand wash car each place. I have rally stripes on my car so that's why I don't take it thru those.

Exactly. This is part of what being a car guy is all about.
