Its really tempting but the Richmond brand gears make me REALLY nervous

Not sure on that one. Know a lot of guys that run them but believe the setup is the part that can destroy or work perfectly with any gear. A good shop that does a lot of gear setups is very important to get the pattern were it is suppose to be to last and have no noise as well .

Do you know who set up the 411 differential? Has the posi be modified?

Q about 4.11 diff (if you still have it) - will it fit the Auto car? Any additional actions to get it to work?

Yes I have it You will have to have to have your speedo reset to gears through tuner or dealer
