One thing I think all of us early 10/12 TPWs have learned IS that DO NOT trust what your being told by DBC or order status codes, etc... They are not updated and are behind. YOUR car could literally be right around the corner from your dealer and YOU won't even know it. UNTIL you get a text from your dealer saying your car is here. Look what happened to everybody else in the 10/12 TPW build class. SSport and leadfoot being the latest to receive their cars and in the same frustration level. AND even me for instance. YOU just never know......

I just know that I won't be ordering any GM vehicles ever again. I'm not even sure if I'll buy another GM vehicle after this.

When I picked mine up last night it was still showing in-transit on the train.

I know alot of you guys said dont call shipping company, well i called at every stop rousch, melvindale, local lot and got my car moving started calling these companies last monday and my car arrived today.

Call me impressed....so you just basically called every place your car COULD have been and went from there? What did you tell them? Just that your a customer looking for your car, and that's that?

I called a few lots and the rail company, all were helpful. My dealer called the last holding yard, 60 miles from me. he had to call a couple of times and start busting chops, it suddenly arrived the next day!

I've emailed Penske Vehicle Services a coupe of times now with no response... I'll have to try something else.

I have no rail info yet (not sure if I will actually) so I'd need some place I can call and inquire about my GM order number, or my VIN.

Me personally i did extreme googling. I ended up on like 8 different forums just looking for info on these places. Google street view to liok right a rousch industries, found a business accross the street and called them and asked for a # to rousch across the street. I mean i probaly took it too far.

How about ordering non GM vehicles?
