We would appreciate any further exposure you can come up with. Time is of the essence.

Major Fail here.

Hope this petition speeds up GM to audit their own mistake.

This may become a travesty if it lingers too long...Here is to hoping that it doesn't come down to it.

signed .... btw, lemon law attorneys do not charge you a dime for their representation. They recover their attorney's fees on the back end from the manufacturer if they win. I would highly recommend speaking to one.

I hired a lemon law attorney for my case against Mitsubishi when a piston blew in the engine and punched a hole in the block of my 2014 Evo X. Mitsubishi refused to fix it because I had a catback exhaust and an intake. He proved that the exhaust and intake had not caused the engine failure and forced Mitsubishi to buy the car back and returned all the payments I had made on the car up to that point. Nearly $9,5000 at the time. He made a ton of money from Mitsubishi on attorney's fees as well. They deserved to pay every penny too. Get a lawyer and Good luck!

Much respect to His Dudeness for standing up for whats right.
Please pass along if $$ contributions end up needed for a retainer.
Puzzled though since my GM dealers tech praised my CC and said it was a great idea. Either that or they just told me that and put it down as no longer covered. Hmmm makes a guy wonder now?

Certain states do not practice a lemon law on all vehicles like Kansas for instance. I think they only have to cover 10% labor 10% parts. Once its off the lot that's the state minimum warranty on used vehicles. New cars are covered sort of but it's not an easy process by any means.

Terrible.
I tried this before in Kansas ended up with the vehicle and attorney fees.
