OBDII engine light cleared it self when I started it and brought it to the dealership. They found no codes and didn't find anything wrong with the transmission. I guess I'll drive it around and see if it happens again ans I sure hope not.

What a mind #$%&! I had the issue with my ac compressor whining loudly while acting like a brake on the engine---cutting the power at least in half while I was on a road trip. Once I made it home and put it in the shop they never found anything either. Now I have a 3000 mile road trip to take. I have been driving the car around trying to get it to fail with no luck. I feel your frustration. Yours is way more serious---as in dangerous. You can't just go along and throw a driveshaft or something. Hope you figure it out soon. Thanks for the follow up and keep us posted.
