Finally - Great tool for cleaning rims.

Got them from my wife for Christmas. Probably the best present she has ever bought me relative to my car fetish. These brushes are awesome and make quick work of cleaning the Gen6 ZL1 rims.

They are a little cheaper on amazon. I have them and love them.

Everyone has their opinion and that's a good thing. I have the larger of the set that "mkorgan" received and have been using it for several months and love it.

A group of us were at a well known detailer in the Boston area last year. He recommended and uses a weak Hydrochloric acid, with mostly water mix for wheels. The brake dust comes right off. He does this professionally for many high end cars. I have used it myself (about an 8 to 1 ratio) and it makes cleaning way easier. I do make sure the wheels have a good coat of wax first.

I've always used Mother's All Wheel cleaner for years on my 2010 and 2012 ZL1 black wheels with no issues and it does a great job. I would spray them first and then pressure wash them. Then when I dried them off I would use a detail spray. Zaino for me, but you can use whatever your preference is. Since this ZL1 will be my daily driver I will have to use different methods because I don't like spraying chemicals on hot wheels.
