To the OP - I truly hope this works out well for you. I almost got sick to my stomach looking at their work . That is VERY sad. Will be watching this post to see the outcome.........

talked to SM at the dealer. he's going to let my detailer take care of it and bill them. There probably just going to put new tape on the bow tie.

well dealership agreed to repaint my hood and trunk lid and at My uncles shop. Well they said they need a estimate but they said they would rather I was happy with my uncles work instead of unhappy with the shop they use. The shop they use is not bad at all but Id rather it be at my uncles.
No one has room to keep my car indoors so ill take it to my uncles and he will remove the hood and trunk lid. Then I will drive it home 10 miles and keep it in my garage.

The dealership I bought the car from did the same thing! Then they offset the black bow tie to cover up their mistakes. It bothered me that my bow tie was off so I removed it and lo and behold those pos bags damaged the crap out of the paint. Looked like they used a flat head to get the gold tie off. I had the whole dec lid repainted under warranty.

Glad to hear they agreed to pay for someone you trust to fix it. Unbelievable that it happened in the first place. Just straight-up incompetence.

I had a local Chevy dealer install all my LPO items and they were great. But this dealership also has several Camaro/Corvettes/Silverados with lots of LPO items for sale on their lot and they do a good amount of sales. My experience with the smaller/rural Chevy dealers hasn't been good--you need a dealer with a trained staff that does these things on a regular basis or you get a messed up car.
