My ZL1 1LE just arrived

My car arrived at Ferman Chevy in Tampa last night.
They detail tomorrow and I pick up Friday.
They said it arrived with foam all over it to protect it.

It goes to the spa on August 16th for clear taping and crystalline coating.
Finally.

I have yet to see one in person and up close.

This is the only one the dealer is getting and they have never seen one.
They seem impressed especially with the size of the rear wing.
I hope attachment file of car is in this.

great choice- white

that's not to say that black (and other) color cars don't matter.

Or, park it for a few weeks until after your PPF gets installed.

thanks

Thanks guys.

I will drive it slow and start breaking it in until the taping now scheduled on 14th.

For you guys that have placed clear tape, did you do the black on the center hood as its flat black?

The detail guy also suggested that many people do the ceramic coating on the wheels and calipers too. Any one hear of this?
Thanks again.
Anything else I need to be aware of when doing my inspection and pickup?

First, congratulations, awesome car!!

Secondly, yes, we're starting to see a lot more people using wheel coatings to make life a lot easier when it comes to washing wheels. I've heard it being used on the calipers as well because it'll make them just as easy to clean.

I don't know about any specific coatings other than the one I'm familiar with which is this one:

Hope that helps
