Rear gear options?

last time i checked in 2015 my v6 came with its own special axle and was limited to the gears it came with, 2.92s i think?
I was hoping to put in some faster off the line 3.54 or 3.97 if possible in my rearend?

if not is it a big deal getting a new v8 axle swapped in?

Richmond makes a 3.55 for the LS.

havent contacted any of the places supposedly stocking this but just wondering what other guys meant by saying an lt carrier swap was neccesary or quicker?

does that mean just the pumpkin part is needed and will bolt up to my stock half shafts?
if so then i still need the 355 gears to fit in this lt carrier correct?
or does the 355 gears fit directly into my stock carrier?

The gears I referenced only fit a 2LS. You won't need to change the carrier. They won't fit an LT carrier.

You will see a 22% increase in torque.
