Heard back from the NYS Trooper handling my accident, and it turns out the guy had no insurance, and all his information was false except for his Illinois Driver's license. So now I have to pay for the repairs which wont get done until July 8. Booooooooooooo!

You should have uninsured motorist coverage.

That is plain BULL CRAP You pay to have all these different items on your ins. And when you need to use them it's Ok. But when done every thing increases in price. Just makes the ungreased prod go in harder with out the grease.
