The 6th gen wasn't going to be ready until 2017 anyway, but looks like no need to bother. They're running the R8 in GTD in the Weathertech series which was the Tudor series. Likely the lack of support from Chevrolet in the CTSCC series prompted this. Unless someone buys and fields their Z28.Rs, Mantella will be the only Camaros out there, unless they dump theirs too. At any rate, this puts the nail in the coffin of the Watkins Camaro Corral. Guess I'll focus on getting something going for the NASCRAP Xfinity race in August, if there's any interest.

I upgraded my DD Silverado this week. This should help make the long winter without the Camaro more bearable. Got a great deal on a 2015 Silverado High Country. This thing has just about every option you can put in a truck or car for that matter. A special thanks to Keith at Paddock Chevrolet who did a fantastic job on the delivery prep.
