On yea, I thought u had heard something. I really want to see what can be done. Especially since Matt pulled more power out of an LFX car with HP over IPF

Question, I feel like my car is still in need of an alignment because I need to make little corrections to keep the car straight. Is this normal or no? It doesn't pull its just that I feel like the road makes the car move to the sides? Is this cuz Its lowered? My alignment result shows its spot on factory specs.. Maybe its me? More aware of steering?

Your springs may have settled a little bit and an alignment adjustment may be needed. It never hurts to bring it to a place to get it checked for free so you can know if you really need one or not.

I think that it might be normal and it is me that is making things more of a big deal now that I am more aware of the steering wheel. Its like all I do when I drive is see if the car goes keeps straight if I hold the wheel straight with both hands. and for most part it does but then it start going to one or the other side. now this is probably cuz of the road makes it move or the road is not straight always.. does this happen to you all? like if you hold the steering wheel centered with both hands at 11 and 2, will the car keep going straight for as long as you are driving in a "straight street"? or will you still have to make some adjustments are you drive to keep it centered? I think im going crazy !!!!

Is it only swaying towards one side more than the other, or both sides equally? Typically, lowering springs are stiffer than stock, so you will feel more feedback from the road, which translates to you noticing more bumps and road imperfections and the car following those imperfections somewhat. But like Kevin said, take the car to get the alignment checked. It may have settled some more. Pretty sure alignments come with some kind of warranty (mine was 3 months/ 3,600 miles I think).

Every car need driver input when it comes to steering. Luckily, stability control in our cars takes care of quite a bit of the deviations.

Its both sides equally. I think that's what it is. That Now I can feel more imperfections and the car follows them. Cuz in my wifes car I also have to correct steering but I don't feel so much movement in the car. I just feel like the car moves more. Like every small correction I can feel it so I think that's what is making me be more aware/worried. Bet its normal and I'm crazy

Yes, you're being paranoid. I had my alignment done by Pete from Pedders and he was there for 30 minutes just working on that steering be 100% perfectly straight and it still deviates a bit mostly because of street conditions. On a straight road, it'll go straight for a good while before I have to correct anything. Yours is fine.

Agreed. This is normal. Even the most perfectly aligned car will need slight steering correction while driving. If you're on a straight and level stretch of road, you should be able to let go of the wheel and the car continue relatively straight ahead for a bit but it will eventually begin to drift. If instead it seems to really pull to one side consistantly, then you've got an alignment problem.

I imagine that the stiffer suspension just makes this more noticable for you. Nothing to worry about but a quick alignment check never hurts for peace of mind.

Yeah I mean it doesn't pull like it did before the alignment. Its nore that now I have to correct more often which makes me feel all the imperfections.. However, sometimes Im going straight and look at my steering wheel and it is slightly off center which makes me more conscious. Other member said she is experiencing the same with the steering wheel after alignment. Any of you guys experienced this? I will have to go talk to the alignment shop. I really don't want to put it up in the lift again as the car barely clear the ramps..
