Thanks, rhd!
Just installed new wheels!!! ![]() They're Falken RT-7M in 18" x 9". I definitely need some drop springs, now!!! ![]() ![]() I also discovered the 'RAW format' on the camera, so the pics show the "true" IOM color!!! |

The blackouts are painted in satin black. I'm not sure about the price; it was a gift from my uncle who used to own a body shop, so I only paid about $40 for the paint and clear.I painted the bezels myself following this DIY: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46729 I did the bezels in flat black, so that the light doesn't reflect off the bezels at night. Right now, I'm undecided about tinting the taillights... ![]() Thanks! |

Got bored today, so I decided to play with the camera (I almost spelled 'camara') and HDR.

Noticed you were looking at different wheels threads. I think you should keep your wheels, lower it an inch and throw some 275/45 18 tires on there. They are only 0.9" shorter so your speedo won't be that much off. Only 1.8 mph faster at 60 mph.
Or go for broke, lower it 1.4" and throw some 285/40 18 tires on there. They would be 1.6" shorter, so your speedo would be 3.4 mph faster at 60 mph. Still not a big deal if you can't correct the computer. That's the direction I'm going with mine.

I think that will look great on the back, but a little too much sidewall on front for me. I'm taking a chance and going 28" rear and 27" front. I hope the 1" diference doesn't freak out the comp. If it does and it can't be tuned to get fixed I already have a couple of fixes up my sleeve. My front should be the exact same diameter as the 285/40 you want to do. Don't know when you are looking to get new tires but I already ordered my tires. Wheels are what's gonna take a while, probably late March. My car will also be lowered 1.4" already have the springs sitting here. I'll gladly put my two fronts on one side of the car so you can get an exact idea of what your car will look like lowered and with 27" tall tires all the way around. Should look killer.

I'll probably get new tires late spring or early summer. I'll for sure lower the car first. I can't see myself getting rid of these tires with so much tread left on them. I'll watch out for the post when you bring your new car home and all the goods to go with it! |

Not really a mod for my car, but I made a Signature for any pics that I take and any photoshops that I work on! In these photos, the signatures are in the lower corners. I made a sig for dark backgrounds and one for brighter backgrounds. The sigs will usually be smaller in the pics, but I made them bigger in these pics to show more detail.
Let me know what you think! ![]() |

Got rid of the license plate bracket this week! Car looks 10x better! I was going to polish the car, but decided to wait until I have a random orbital so I dont' have to polish by hand.
I did clay and wax the car, but the cloudy sky didn't allow the camera to pick up the shine.![]() Also, took out #1 ('95 Camaro), cleaned it up and took some pics! It's the first time I've gotten pics of both Camaro's at the same time! ![]() ![]() ![]()

FML!!! Well today just fell flat. Ended up damaging one of my wheels. :upset: Curb just jumped out of no where! And on the driver's side, too!!! I think it's a sign; I guess I'll be better off if I just get rid of the Camaro.
Only kidding about getting rid of the car! I can't get rid of it this easily. Here's some pics of the damage. Not sure what I'm going to do about it yet...![]()
