How U Doin?

People are freaking out because you get a S/C with a GM warranty and whatever suspension upgrades that may be a part of the Z. I'm not buying one but I'm still excited about it.

We're freakin out because it's not JUST a SC. It's likely a suspension upgrade, new front, rear and side fascia, possibly upgraded interior. We;re mostly excited because we don't know, but we do know that GM isn't gonna slap a supercharger on an SS call it a Z and jack the price up by 10 grand. So you should be happy too man, lol.

It's not the same. You have stronger internals to handle boost, you have upgraded suspension to handle the power. Adding a supercharger to an SS is sweet, but it won't have a long warranty. You would also have to upgrade the SS's suspension as well.

Yup, the V6 is around 3550, the GT is about 3600, and the GT500 is a bit over 3800.

I'll keep my 2010, thanks. It's the first year, first round of orders. For 8 grand or so I can put the same type super charger on it and go just as fast. Warranty? For the extra 20 grand the Z is going to cost you I can buy most anything on the car, at least once.
First year high end models are always worth more in the long run. |
