One more week before I get the car back. Was supposed to pick it up today, but the paint shop had to deal with another contract they had underway before they got mine in, plus I decided to go ahead and have one of his guys take care of the powdercoating on the rims too. He said he's have the paint done by Tuesday, and the PC done by Friday.

I miss my car...

Yeah, it does suck, but business is business. Take care.

I used this site, autotrader and craigslist. Eventually sold it on craigslist. Autotrader brought alot of stupid people(working for companies) who wanted to take over payments and crap.

Anyone know a good place to find a cheap set of the 18" black steelies? I'm trying plan ahead and get some "beaters" I can put some winter tires on so I stand a chance of getting up the hill to my house in the winter-time.

I got these with some winters and they work great. Tire racks method of selection went to sh!t and it's says they won't fit a SS but they should, as long as you have the older brake weights (you may have to remove them in the front as I did). Just choose a LS instead of a SS and you can view the price.

Yeah, I have a Pathfinder I can pull myself up with, but would rather get there on the first try. BTW, I'm over the hill in Hidden River.

As I told him, I will certainly miss the crap out of it, but I will not regret the decision. I have other things to take care of right now, and who knows a replacement may come within the next year or so. I was good meeting, hanging out and cruising with you guys and gals. If I see you gathered at a show sometime I will stop in and say hi. Take care and and I'll see you around.

Once ya live the Camaro life it's hard to think about giving it up....so why give it up???? Owner or former owners will always be welcomed with open arms from this group I know. These are the most welcoming and generous people I've ever met! I'm guessing one of them would even let you take a spin down the track at bandi just to keep you from missing your car too much!

Don't get my hopes up there?

I gave it up to persue other ventures with my wife and kids.
