Im just scratching my head wondering when this Country went so wrong

Do parents have no shame...?

When i have kids i will make my kid earn every penny for a brand new car and he totals it. it's his problem. He will learn alot about life

no i think we can just wait for them to screw up their own life and they will either end up in jail, hurt,or worse.

but the few that do the right thing and serve our country good for them, but lets be real they are the minority

Man, the rest of us poor kids felt soooo good that day... until his parents bought him a corvette that was a couple years old to replace it...
Now that there is a sad story, should've given the kid a 10 year old volvo or somesuch if anything at all after that.

is it supposed to be some kind of punishment to "send these kids" into the military service???

have you served? have you been to a third world country? how many times and for how many months/years?

if not, there are some of us who think those with that attitude are the ones who ought to see how it really is... but we're thankful that it's a volunteer service, and don't have to put up with that.

Who cares what they drive? All this wasted time getting mad that someone else is getting to do what you didn't get to do.

No one should be jealous about what others choose to drive or get to drive. Get out there and be a success and you can drive whatever you want.

That's cool and all and good for them. But the problem with the whole thing is that usually when sixteen year olds own a car of that caliber, they let it get to their head - mentally with their inflated ego and physically with their unsafe driving. Not to mention it just grinds our gears to know they probably made no effort in earning the car... oh well.
