Here are some Newer/Nicer photos. It was sunny out today, so I took her for a drive. Have to get used to all the different pieces. So ended the afternoon with a photo shoot. Love the new sound, so much more aggressive!

Enjoy!

Wow.. I have not updated this in forever. I posted it all on the v6 site though. Transferring it all right now. It has changed from above and I plan on changing her again in the coming months.

August 2011

Here are some night shots. I only was able to get a few good ones before a drunk guy flipped his truck near the parking lot I was shooting in. No one was hurt, but we had to shut down the photoshoot to be witnesses, and he went to jail.

This is with my roommates car

My roommate wanted a back shot, and I wasn't too sure how it would turn out but it came out pretty good

I just liked the clean look of this fender shot and the color actually popped pretty well in the low light

This one was my favorite of the night, my roommate was moving his car into position when the guy flipped so we stopped shooting and ran to help

Enjoy

September 2011

Abs turned two over the weekend. So I celebrated with driving her lots, washing and waxing her, detailing her inside and out. And adding a sticker (thought I would never do this) Photos are a little red due to me using my phone. I got excited and couldn't wait to run inside to get the better camera :rolrun:

More September 2011

Today was a very productive day. Figured out that I cannot reach my jack points since my side skirts along with my lowering springs make it too low so my jack doesn't have the clearance, cannot clear the underside of the front bumper either. So had to go get some 2x4's to roll onto and then barely had enough room for the jack.

Here are some pic's with her shoes off. I finished all four wheels but it was too dark for photos so I'll post completed ones tomorrow.

Got three compliments when I only had the front two wheels done. So that made me smile. The rear took me awhile to jack up but I got it and finished. Not going to drive her today but here are some more photos. Enjoy

Did a rolling shoot today with the white wheels. I really really like the last shot, just wanted to show the others too. Enjoy

First up is the battery - just wanted to include this since it was the first real time I've messed with it

The steering wheel trim scared me because I had to take the airbag off and the idea of it popping in my face was in my head lol but it was really easy to take off

Here is the first group of painting I did (it looks red and bad quality because all I had was my phone, I'll take orange photos tomorrow with my DSLR)

Here is the gauge trim, once I had it apart more ideas came to me

The next two just document the process of seperating and taping and painting

And now to installed pics, first up is the right side open door looking into the cabin and then just of the right door to show off the kick plate

Now it looks IOM!

A littler closer but now it looks red, but it is IOM lol

This was my best part I think, I love the new paddles and I never have seen anyone paint them before and like the rest of my interior I wanted them orange! 8-)

This is the Fesler shift boot, I love it minus one small problem that I will describe in a later post

A close up of the back of the shifter so that you can see it matches the main guage cluster

Here shows the little touch of white I added to the guages instead of leaving it black, it pops much better now!

This is my favorite picture out of all of them, I know it's tilted but that's why I think I like it. Shows a lot of the interior and it's a different angle

And these last two show the IOM back piece of the center console

Enjoy!

Well that was the last major change I made. It's almost been 2 years. But today that changed because I just bought a set of BBK headers.

I also bought a second radio face in which I had a set of decals custom made based off the actual face so that I can paint it to match the rest of my interior and then put the stickers on but currently on TDY so I cannot do it right now even though I want to.

Christmas gifts to myself
- Magnaflow X-pipe (help with the headers)
- IPF Tune (help with the headers)
- Ported Throttle Body
- Framless mirror too when I install the painted radio face since I'll be at it
- ZL1 rockers (miss the look of my Havoc and the ZL1 look the same but bolt on way better)
- ACS T4 splitter w/undertray and deflectors

Saw the great deal Tim at T&T Performance had on a set of Pedders Supercar Coilovers so I jumped on those. Left my place this morning at 5am and got back to my place at 6pm.

Long day but so awesome.

Here are the coilovers prior to install

My car lining up to the lift

My old rear shock with my Eibach Spring

And Boom!

And then the front of nothingness lol

and another boom!

Oh and here is the oem stuff... lol so icky

Getting my alignment

Got dark before I could take a full photo of it all on the ground but I kept the same height 1" lowered from stock. And boy do these things make the car planted and feel awesome! I am in love with these, only suspension mod and man it feels like a whole new car, these rock!

First V6 with Pedders Supercars?

Big update

I went on leave yesterday so a day filled with airports but when I got back to Kansas I was opening all my parts!

T4 splitter with the underside of the undertray, figured that would look better than the part that is covered by the splitter lol

My first full carbon fiber piece, Seibon ST trunk, super shiny but that'll be getting painted

and this is why I wanted it, it looks beautiful. Once this is on my car I probably will love this one little piece the most

Got this last week and already installed: Vmax throttle body got a deal for $100 so that was a quick no brainer

The ZL rockers just chilling in my basement

My BBK stainless headers w/high flow cats and new gaskets from Maureen. Plastic container is easier to store them in compared to the box that they were shipped in.

And my Xpipe to kill the drone when my headers go on

I haven't looked at the hood yet since I got back super late and it was all boxed up still in the garage, should check that out sometime later today

More to follow too

---

Just got a super low jack, way more clearance over my aluminum racing one. New on the left Old on the right

RkSport Ram Air Hood
