Sounds amazing. The torque curve looks great too. I bet its a blast to drive. I would hate to lose grunt in the low and mid range if I did a cam. I guess it all depends on what you want out of the car. Congrats!

I wouldn't bet against you......after all, we are guys and never seem to be stratified.
It'll be fine for this year, when I sleep at night I have Prochargers dancing around in my dreams

I've been trying to find a cam exactly like this with roughly 400+ torque from 3,000 up. I've seen some very similar but this looks a bit better. Nice job, really shows you don't need a big cam for everything. The curve and low lift look really ideal for the track.

You are very correct. That is a good streetable cam. The guy is just saying that's a happy dyno. Dynojet dynos tend to be.
Regardless, I totally feel you on the pride thing. Did my work myself, too. I find myself turning my radio off to hear the fruits of my labor rumble through the chassis!

Coming from the V6 to the LS3, my interest is piqued at every cam thread I come across. Most seem to be about MOAR POWA! and become next to worthless as a daily drivable car.

I really like this one though, you said it's basically the same specs as the GM performance cam?

Specs are the same as the GM Performance cam in the 525 HP crate motor. The lobes are a slightly faster ramp though to keep up with technology.
Makes a little more power that way.

Do you happen to have a part # for the cam? ? I might have to order one of these.

Thanks
