We are a small dealer - four allocated
Only two pre-sold and I am #1 - Ordered 10/13/08.
I have a feeling my car will be quite late arriving this summer.

I keep on looking at the four vettes sitting on the showroom floor (right outside my window)
One of them a CGM Z06..
Got the itch for a new car - but have to be patient for the 2SS/RS!

It's hard to be patient - but I know I can do it with the help of camaro5.com!

I got a call today too! Found out I'm #3 out of 18, but they only got 2 for the first consensus. I also ordered from Rick Hendrick in Cary. So far they have always got back to me with a day, if not sooner.

Ordered 2SS/RS Black, 20" polished wheels, short throw. Going to the auto expo tomorrow in Raleigh. Anyone else here going? Can't wait to see it in person.

I ordered the same car except I'm keeping the MS wheels. What interior did you get?

If you make it back out Sat or Sun, stop by the Classic Car display in Dorton Arena. I'll be there with my 68 and Angela (350 HRSS) will be there with her 95.

I'm also interested in getting a regional group of 5th Gen owners together if anyone is interested.

I also got the same call on Monday. I didn't want to share any info, until I saw a few others post about it. I also was #1 at my dealer. I am sooo stoked sout this. I should know actual delivery date next week.

Damn, I am really getting excited, and I haven't even ordered "yet." It will be nice to eventually see some member's pics of their cars in the not too distant future.

Once I sit in one and take a test drive, V6 or V8 I don't care, I'm sure I will place my 1SS order. Of course it will have to be MSRP or under.

i just got called today from the dealer. he said that hes getting his 1st 3 out of 25 ordered and by the 3rd week in april and im #2. i ordered a 1 ss on 10/16/2008 in inferno orange w sunroof. the day ive been waiting for is getting close. i cant wait!

Could only make it the auto show today, working all weekend. Just going with the black, no accents for now. Also ordered the Sunroof. After going to the show today all I can say is WOW! Even more impressive in person that I had thought. They had a yellow RS with Hockey stripes and the grounds effects roped off there. I'm really getting excited now !

Yeah, I'm interested in a 5th Gen group. Keep me updated.
